Ma’s House 2024 Friendraiser at Canoe Place Inn

September 19 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$50.00 – $250.00

On behalf of our Board and Staff, I am thrilled to invite you to a special evening in celebration of Ma’s House & BIPOC Art Studio: our 2024 Friendraiser, which will take place on Thursday, September 19, at Canoe Place Inn. Mark your calendar! Tickets are available for purchase below.

At our core, Ma’s House seeks to build a more inclusive community through the arts. For us, community begins with Shinnecock Nation and embraces our BIPOC friends and neighbors, the Town of Southampton, the greater Hamptons region, and the artistic community. During our Friendraiser, we will celebrate three individuals whom we have identified as “Pillars of Our Community” — they make and champion connections within this community while uplifting BIPOC voices within the Hamptons and beyond.

Honorees:

Lisa Goree, Chair of the Shinnecock Nation Tribal Council and Southampton Town Assessor

Anthony Madonna, Guild Hall’s Patti Kenner Director of Learning + New Works

Fred W. Thiele, Jr., New York State Assemblyman, District 1

We hope you will join us at our Friendraiser for an evening of art and camaraderie in support of Ma’s House. Your support will help ensure that Ma’s House continues to be a vibrant hub of creativity in the Hamptons.

We can’t wait to see you on September 19! Thank you!

Warm regards,

Jeremy Dennis
Lead Artist and Founder of Ma’s House
