Letters to the Governor + Info Session (Zoom event)

March 31 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for an informal Zoom gathering to learn and share about Native American issues in NYS and create drawn or written postcards to the governor to advocate for change.

During this event, we will discuss the importance of protecting Native American burial sites, preserving cultural heritage, and addressing longstanding land and sovereignty disputes. We will also guide how to write effective letters to Governor Kathy Hochul and other elected officials to advocate for change. This is a great opportunity to learn, get involved, and use art and writing to make your voice heard on important issues affecting Native American communities in New York.
